When your device receives the attendance request via SMS the pager is activated and will continue to sound and vibrate until it is acknowledged even if your device is in do not disturb mode or the volume control is turned down.
If your device is set to do not disturb or on a very low volume the pager will start by vibrating only for 30 seconds before gradually increasing the volume until either the battery goes flat or you silence the pager by pressing one of the confirmation buttons that appear.

Rescue Pager remembers what time you respond to any tasking, and keeps a record of the miles you cover to the RV point.
All data is stored to YOUR device so nobody else can view it without your permission.
The pager automatically pauses the milage log if you go direct to the Coastguard Station so that it does not log those non-claimable CRV miles.
Scroll down or tap on a highlighted date for more details.
Rescue Pager also contains a duty calendar, which links to a central diary managed by each team.
Users can add their availability up to twelve months in advance and the system collates the information and works out a duty rota equally based on availability, skillset and team dynamics.
